This is in no way comprehensive, just some suggestions to get you started. I'll be updating over time (I'm starting with history), and please do make suggestions in the comments.

Story of the World - World history for elementary students, told through narrative
Ordinary People Change the World series - biographies for quite young kids
Kids' History on Learnoutloud, Kids' Biography on Learnoutloud - Clearinghouse of titles, be aware some titles may be from older text which will be outdated or have a very Western perspective.
Newbery Award winners on Audible - This list is primarily fiction, but many winners have been historical fiction, which is a wonderful way to reinforce history. History podcasts
The Past and the Curious - History podcast for kids, full of less told stories from less-covered places.
Myths and Legends - not strictly for kids, but full of folk tales from around the world, great source for non-Western stories.. but they're folktales, you can expect a bit of violence and all the rest of the messiness that are myths and legends.
Circle Round - Also myths and legends, but for elementary kids. Another good source of non-Western folk tales.
KidNuz - Current events for elementary kids
Gastropod - Food history and science, not for kids, but family-friendly
Jewish Lives - Biographies of famous Jews -- lots of offbeat choices, like Stan Lee and Emma Goldman.
The Radio Adventures of Dr. Floyd - Time traveling nemeses fight through time

Wow in the World - NPR's science and tech podcast for kids
Tumble - General science podcast, very Radiolab-ish
